Membership of CAS
Members of Cambridge Antiquarian Society are entitled to the following:
- Free entrance to the monthly lecture series
held from October to June each year.
Speakers are usually well-known scholars and local experts. The lectures are held at an accessible central Cambridge venue with plentiful free car parking. - A reduced entrance fee for the Society's two annual conferences.
An all-day spring conference in central Cambridge.
An autumn exhibition and conference centred on recent archaeological work in the county. - Access to the University Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.
- Access to the Haddon Library.
- Free copies of the Proceedings of the Cambridge Antiquarian Society and Conduit.
- Access to the Society's Collections and other resources for archeaologists.
- Occasional excursions led by experts.
Joining CAS
New members are always most welcome! By joining the CAS you would be supporting us as we represent the interests of local history, archaeology and architecture within Cambridgeshire. This includes commenting on applications for work on Listed Buildings as well as other proposals by Local Authorities.
Membership rates for 2006/2007
- Individual membership: £12.50
- Family membership: £15.00
- Affiliated Society: £15.00
- Subscribing Institution: £20.00

Send the completed form, with a cheque made payable to Cambridge Antiquarian Society, to The Membership Secretary, Cambridge Antiquarian Society, 43 South End, Bassingbourn, Royston, Herts SG8 5NL.
Please note that if you are a member of the Cambridge University, use of your UMS address reduces our costs.
